Terms & Conditions Mid-Year Fresh Campaign

8.    The color of the phone  handsets shall be awarded randomly. ATOM shall not offer or  exchange any properties/ any cash alternative, including pecuniary, instead of the Prizes.
9.    The winners from the initial draw will not be eligible for participation in subsequent draws.
10.    Winners, who are not able to attend personally to obtain the relevant Prizes at the respective ATOM Office and he/ she can delegate a representative by providing their valid NRC and name to the ATOM Call Center before the reward is delivered. The winner is required to notify ATOM in advance with a representative appointment letter. ATOM will not be responsible for any issues between the winner and the appointed representative. Such appointed or authorized representatives must provide their Original NRC and the facts contained in NRC shall be in line with the facts contained in authorization letter, when they are receiving the  relevant Prizes on behalf of the winners.  ATOM  have the right to deny any winners for offer of  Prizes, who are not  providing  sufficient information and documents to ATOM .
11.    The winners who are under (18 - Eighteen Years Old), the winning  Prizes shall be collected with their parents or guardians in the census or household registration list.
12.    By participating in this campaign, the winners or its appointed representatives shall allow and grant without cost  to ATOM , so that ATOM can have the right to upload and broadcast any part or whole of the winners or its appointed representative’s voice, video recording, photo, and the last three digits of the winner’s mobile number on social media and/or any other media platforms.
13.    In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
14.     Within (21) days after ATOM Call Center’s confirmation date of the Prizes, the winners or its appointed representatives shall collect the relevant Prizes in case of the personally attendance.  In case of the exceed of time limitation, ATOM  has no liability to award the Prize. 
15.    ATOM also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM , which may affect any winner’s eligibility for the  Campaign. 
16.    The relevant Prizes under this Campaign shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Handsets Manufacturer Company including product guarantees or warranties or maintenance service. ATOM shall not have any responsibility for any disputes or conflicts between the winners or its appointed representatives and Handsets Manufacturer Company.
17.    The winners shall pay all applicable taxes including commercial tax under this Campaign. 
18.    To redeem the campaign offer, ATOM users need to have latest ATOM Store App. 
19.    To claim the offer,  ATOM users need to use 10 ATOM STAR points.
20.    The number of redemption is not limited by the user.
21.    The winners or its appointed representatives are not allowed to express any statement or writing that may  deteriorate the brand, mark, trademark and reputation of ATOM. 
22.    In the event of any dispute regarding this  Campaign, ATOM’s  decision will be final and conclusive. ATOM  reserves the right to deny or suspend the prize at its full discretion if deemed necessary
